I've been using Awardco for our Monthly Wellness Challenges for over a year. Each month, I create a themed EARN program, and participants are entered into a points-based drawing. Awardco has helped me build consistent programming, schedule ahead, and never worry about delays. After COVID hit we had over 1800 employees go remote. Our HQ campus became a ghost town. We couldn't do the high touch thing anymore, but still wanted to engage our workforce. I really like the fact that the company I work for, GoHealth, utilizes this program to incentive our team to help motivate us to perform our everyday job.
